Optimization of solutions in terms of constructing a building with zero energy demand, design of ventilation, heating and cooling, water and sewage systems, and outdoor installations.
A zero-energy house will be an even more ecological building than standard passive buildings. In addition to a large amount of insulation and ventilation with heat recovery, the building will be equipped with hybrid solar collectors. The collectors will collect heat from solar radiation and store it in the ground in a seasonal heat storage system. During the heating season, the energy stored in the ground will meet the heat demand.
